Sales items or purchased items by using promo code is not exchangeable and returnable.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchange and exchange for items with manufacturing mistake within 14 days upon date of received. Exchange item require return back to us within 7 days from the date of reported.
In the event of exchange of sizes requested by customers, shipping fees of return and resend will be borne by buyer. Shipping cost will be depends on weight of the items.

Return of goods will not be entertained except in cases where goods were damaged during transit. In such cases, the damaged goods will have to be returned to JAZEANDBABY and we will forward a replacement soonest possible subject to stock availability. Shipping fees will be borne by JAZEANDBABY on the replacement item (limited to 1 exchange ONLY).

In the event of a returned product that was not damaged to begin with after inspection by our relevant supplier, shipment fee to re-deliver the item to the said customer will be borne solely by the customer.

JAZEANDBABY operates on a first come, first served basis in terms of product availability. If an item purchased is out of stock at the time of payment, JAZEANDBABY shall either refund you in the form of Store Credit or Cash after deducting out applicable discounts if any.

2.Once you have found the item you want, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART button.

3. You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View cart & checkout’.

4. Click "Confirm" to submit your order. An ORDER ID & order details will appear on screen, and you will also receive an order confirmation email regarding your order.
